Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 30 days. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can offer you an exchange for another product of your choosing.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with copy of receipt.

 

Refunds

Please contact getitmade@carolinatextiledistrict.com for instructions on refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your refund is approved a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.

 

Exchanges

If an item is defective or damaged we’ll help you get it back to us, as long as it has been within the 30 day window of purchase.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to getitmade@carolinatextiledistrict.com.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
